A 3-month-old baby was brutally raped, and the entire ordeal was recorded before the video was sold online.
Home Affairs Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail revealed that he was recently briefed by the police about the matter at 12:30 AM, and described the matter as “crazy and absurd.”
“If the police had to brief me at that hour, it was serious.”
“Now, a terrible situation has happened, which was beyond our imagination.”

Saifuddin said his party is currently planning to strengthen D11, the Sexual Crimes Investigation Division, Women and Children (D11), Criminal Investigation Department. He spoke about the matter at the Ministry of Home Affairs’ (KDN) Monthly Assembly today (July 16), and when asked further about the case involving the 3-month-old baby, Saifuddin refused to comment further.
Saifuddin also did not mention the location where the case had taken place.
Meanwhile, Saifuddin stressed that Malaysia will not allow any party to use the country as a platform for recruiting or collecting funds for terrorist activities. The assembly video is shared by the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) on its Facebook page, which you can watch and listen to on the 40:10 mark.
