A dead body, with its hands and feet bound, was found dumped near the train tracks in Kuala Kubu Bharu, Hulu Selangor.

The corpse was discovered by the public yesterday (July 31) around 10:30 AM, who then contacted the police about the discovery. In an official statement, the police said that the body was dumped from a bridge that is 11.15 meters high in Sungai Serian, in the KTM station area.

The police, however, could not find any form of identification on the deceased, and physical observation by the forensic team revealed that the deceased had been dead for at least 4 days, as the body had started to decompose.

The body was sent to the Sungai Buloh Hospital for post-mortem, which was carried out this morning (August 1).
