“The preliminary investigation conducted found that this accident happened when a Toyota Hilux driven by a 53-year-old Chinese man made a U-turn at the traffic light intersection at the scene of the incident,”

“At the same time, a Daihatsu Charade type car driven by a man behind the Toyota Hilux swerved to the left of the road and hit the motorcycle the victim was riding,” he said.

The motorcyclist was then thrown under the trailer that was in the left lane of the road.
