A wedding day is supposed to be all about laughter and happiness, especially on the groom’s and bride’s part. However, that didn’t happen for this one case here.
In a Facebook post that went viral recently, two videos that depicted a couple going through a marriage ceremony had the netizens dumbfounded. It wasn’t just a normal ceremony, it was a marriage between an adult man and an elderly woman, whose age gap could be anywhere between 20-40 years.
However, what made the netizens giggling uncontrollably is the hilarious facial expression of the groom, who clearly showed unwillingness to be wed to his wife-to be. The man is seen throughout the video to be unhappy and clearly wondering what he had gotten himself into.
However, one suspicious factor arises when the groom was presented with a huge lump of cash. He then reluctantly agrees to drinking the ‘cross-cupped wine’ which he initially refused, suggesting that he only wedded his bride due to financial constraints.
The man’s facial expression garnered him much hilarity by the netizens, though we all feel guilty for laughing at the poor man’s situation. Lets just wish that he’ll find his happily ever one way or another.
