In the video recorded from the stands of a stadium, a group of schoolchildren can be seen taking part in a race on the running track. Based on a banner near the track, the event was a sports day for the special education of MSSD Jerantut.
One of the students participating in the race was an amputee, running with the aid of his crutches alongside the rest of his friends.
Despite being at a disadvantage, the student persevered and continued running, determined to finish the race like the rest of his friends.
Halfway through, the student can be seen struggling to keep up the pace and that’s when his teacher went to him from the sidelines.
She then ran alongside the student and gave him words of encouragement, motivating him to finish the race.
She did so until the both of them reached the finish line together, where she then celebrated her student’s achievement and gave him a hug. Aww, so wholesome!
