South Korea’s OG idol rock band is set to hit the stage this 15 November 2025 with their brand-new 2025 FTISLAND LIVE ‘MAD HAPPY’ tour, at Mega Star Arena, KL!

In case you need a refresher, FTISLAND (short for Five Treasure Island) debuted way back in 2007, making waves as one of South Korea’s very first idol rock bands. And honestly? They’ve been killing it ever since.
While the K-pop scene was dominated by dance-heavy groups, FTISLAND came in with live instruments, raw vocals, and head-banging anthems. Fast forward nearly two decades, and they’re still going strong.

Holding it all together at the back, drummer Min Hwan is the heartbeat of FTISLAND. From soft intros to explosive choruses, his timing is always on point, and yes, he makes drumming look way too easy. (Also, is it just us, or can drummers just sit there and still look insanely hot?)
When it comes to their music, FTISLAND’s discography is basically the soundtrack of emotional K-Rock. They debuted with “Love Sick”, a melancholic anthem that immediately put them on the map.
