Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor has been arrested by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) at 3.20pm this afternoon (3 October).
According to The Star, the MACC had detained Rosmah after she was done giving her statement at the MACC headquarters today. It was reported that she will be charged in court tomorrow for money laundering.
“She will be taken to the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court tomorrow to face charges under the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001,” MACC deputy chief commissioner of operations Azam Baki told Malaysiakini.
She reportedly arrived at the MACC headquarters at 10.40am this morning, and this marks her third (and possibly final) visit. She is being investigated over the SRC International scandal.
