All Rotiboy Outlets In Malaysia To Close After Employee From HQ Tests Positive For Covid-19

All Rotiboy outlets in Malaysia will close from 18 October 2020 for at least two days, following the case that an employee from its headquarters has tested positive for Covid-19.

According to the statement by Rotiboy Malaysia, the said employee has not reported to work since 9 October 2020 and is undergoing treatment in a government hospital.

The employee is from Rawang HQ and was tested positive yesterday (17 October 2020). In compliance with the Ministry of Health’s guidelines, the Rawang HQ office was closed for deep cleaning, disinfection, and sanitisation activities.

Besides, swab testing and quarantine will also be carried out to the close contacts and co-workers of the infected employee.

To be responsible for the community’s safety and wellbeing, all Rotiboy outlets in Malaysia will be closed from 18 October 2020 for two days and the company is waiting for further instructions from the Ministry of Health.
