Gentlemen, start your engine. It’s time for a drive from Muar to the Parliament. As for the co-founder of the youth political party MUDA, Syed Saddiq will travel on foot and RUN for 200km from Muar to Parliament.

In his TikTok video, Syed Saddiq initiated “Langkah Muar” – a protest against the government for NOT allocating any funds to the opposition. His 200km travel on foot also comes with another reason.

“Langkah Muar is also initiated to raise fund for the Muar community service center,” Syed Saddiq said in the video.

The co-founder of MUDA also said that he had met with the Deputy PM twice to speak about the matter but to no avail. There has been no progress at all but fret not! Syed Saddiq said he cannot give up at the moment.

“Instead of whining, I take action. I sacrificed my hair in the past for a fundraiser.”

Syed continued to mention his past contributions, including being a model for Kurta which gained more than RM10,000 in sales. This time, to quote Syed Saddiq,

“It’s time to use my legs!”

The young man will run for 200km to protest against the government’s discrimination towards the opposition, which they had received little to zero support from the government. At the time being, Saddiq has yet to reveal the details of the run, but he mentioned in the comment section that he will share the details soon.

With the Madani Government in office for more than a year, the opposition party has yet to receive a single cent from the government, and the matter was also brought up in Parliament earlier this year.

Remember the Pak Cik who claimed he walked from Johor to the National Palace to meet former Agong for another round of KWSP withdrawal? Regardless, with the uncertainties with the Malaysian weather, we wish nothing but the best of luck for Syed Saddiq!
