40yo Driving Instructor in Kelantan Arrested After Flashing His Genitals To 27yo Female Student

A driving instructor has been hunted and arrested by the police after flashing his penis to one of his students on 17 October.

According to a report by Sinar Harian, Pasir Puteh District Police Chief, Deputy Superintendent Mohd Azmir Damiri said the 40-year-old suspect was believed to have committed the indecent act in a Perodua Viva car on Sunday.

“The incident happened after the suspect finished sending two other students to undergo a driving test in Bachok. At that time, the 27-year-old victim was in the front seat of the car driven by the suspect,” he said.

According to him, while on the way to drop off the victim, the suspect is said to have unzipped his pants before removing his private parts to show to the victim.

Shocked by what had happened, the victim immediately contacted her aunt to pick her up immediately. He added that the victim also ordered the suspect to stop the car, but was ignored, forcing the woman to open the door while the car was moving.

The suspect finally stopped the car before the victim got out and fled to the locals’ houses to seek help.

“The suspect is believed to have fled after the victim lodged a police report at the Pasir Puteh District Police Headquarters after the incident,” he said.

According to him, the police are currently tracking down the suspect and the case is being investigated according to Section 509 of the Penal Code and Section 14 of the Minor Offenses Act 1955.
