According to Sinar Harian, the 13-year-old girl is the elder sister of the 5-year-old victim.

The suspect lured the 5-year-old with ice cream before hugging her, kissing her on the cheeks and mouth, and touching her private parts.

The victim claimed that this happened frequently, with the suspect repeatedly using ice cream as a way to entice her before molesting her.
