Uncle Don’s management has requested customers who visited the SS2 branch in Petaling Jaya on 20 November to 25 November 2020, to undergo a Covid-19 screening test.
A statement issued recently on Uncle Don’s official page confirmed that initially, a worker had been infected with Covid-19. The statement said the employee had shown symptoms on November 25 and had now confirmed positive Covid-19.
Therefore, a total of 40 restaurant staff have undergone screening and three workers including the initial worker were found positive while 23 are negative and the rest are still waiting for results. However, the restaurant has been closed until further notice for the disinfection and cleaning process.
The restaurant management also apologized for the inconvenience and hoped that its customers have visited their ss2 outlet from 20th to 25th November to get tested to ensure any risk of spreading the virus can be curbed.
