Oh no, what is wrong with all these heartless nannies recently? Another case of a baby boy who was only three months old was believed to have been tortured by his nanny in Seri Iskandar, Perak, which allegedly landed him with a broken arm.

A Facebook post that was circulating showed photos of the poor baby with his arm in a cast. The incident is believed to have taken place on Wednesday (August 8) at the nanny’s house when she had allegedly twisted his right arm so hard that it broke. Omg!

In a police report made by the 28-year-old father, he said that he received a call from the nanny at around 11am on Wednesday to pick up his son as the baby looked like he was not feeling well. Since he was working at that time, he had called his father to go to the nanny’s house to pick up his son.

When the grandfather of the poor baby boy arrived at the nanny’s house, the baby was lying on a cradle and he sensed something was amiss upon looking at the baby’s arm. When he asked what was wrong, the nanny’s husband answered, “Maybe his arm got sprained.”

The concerned grandfather decided to bring the baby to the father and ask for advice. The father immediately rushed his baby over to a clinic and several hospitals until he was given an X-ray that showed that there was a fracture in the baby’s right arm.

The baby was brought to a specialist in Seri Manjung Hospital and treated accordingly. The doctor told the worried father that the fracture was likely caused by someone twisting the baby’s arm too roughly until it broke. Why would you treat a little baby like that?!

Apparently, when the parents of the injured baby went over to the nanny’s house, no one was there and they subsequently lodged a police report.

Perak Tengah OCPD, Superintendent Mohamad Zainal Abdullah, confirmed that they have received the report, Sinar Harian reported. Following the report, the police said that they already managed to remand the 46-year-old nanny for further investigation.

The case is being investigated under Section 325 of the Penal Code and Section 31 (1) of the Child Act 2001 for ill-treatment, neglect, abandonment, or exposure of children.

The poor baby! Hopefully, his injuries will heal quickly!
