A 26-year-old man from Clarksville, Tennessee had to get his “third testicle” removed after it had grown to the size of a tennis ball.
According to The Sun, Ravon had gone to see Dr Sandra Lee at her clinic, on the latest episode of her hit TV show, Dr Pimple Popper.
He said that a growth had appeared near his genitals about a year ago and had grown to an uncomfortable size. The growth looked so bizarre that it looked like a third testicle.

“It started about a year ago and it was about the size of a bouncy ball that you get out of one of those machines.”
“When I first seen it I didn’t think of it as anything big – I just thought it was an ingrown hair. Then over the course of about six months to now it’s got to the size of a tennis ball.”
“At times it’ll be like a pain that comes through on it or it’ll be rubbing up against my leg or something.”
“So it’ll get irritated and once it gets irritated a rash will pop up on it and it’ll start getting sore and then a whitehead or pimple will pop up on the bump.”

Ravon says that whenever he goes to the toilet, he has to lift up his leg. When he sits down, the growth instantly drops into the toilet bowl.
“I’m not saying it hits the water or anything like that but it’s hanging there, so you’ve already got two genitals there, just imagine another large mass hanging off your leg. It’s just nasty,” he said.
After examining the growth, Dr Pimple Popper jokingly asks if it acts like a testicle, and whether it shrinks when it gets cold, but Ravon tells her that it doesn’t and acts independently of anything else.
Eventually, Dr Pimple Popper proceeds with the minor operation and injects some numbing fluid into the growth before cutting off the lump, which she says is a lipoma – a harmless, soft and fatty lump.

“Having a sharp object near my genital area – that’s kind of nerve-wracking. It’s like a horror movie, what if I jerk or something and cuts somewhere else that it’s not supposed to,” Dr Pimple Popper said.
“I was able to successfully remove Ravon’s growth and I was able to stitch it up properly.”
“It’s a very high-tension area, if he were to squat down and the area was too tight he could split the sutures.”
“But I do think I removed the minimum amount of tissue needed to really help prevent stretching of the scar.”

Ravon then expressed his relief and said that he feels like “thousands and thousands of pounds has been lifted off of me.”
“It’s a relief. I can’t wait to show my girl. I know she’s going to be super happy that it’s gone and we can live our lives how we want to now,” he said.
