Recently, a video of a man openly masturbating in an LRT has been circulating all over social media.

The uncensored video was first posted by Twitter user, @RoyOliverStewa1 who is a friend of the victim, Lisa* (name altered to keep victim’s identity protected).

Lisa, 18, would like to remain anonymous for privacy and safety reasons but would like to speak up about the issue to warn people about her horrifying experience.

In the video, a man in his mid to late twenties was seen stroking his penis while ejaculating on the floor and seat of the public train.

Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, Lisa explained that the incident happened last Sunday on 4 April at around 9pm.

“I was taking an LRT from Alam Megah to Taman Melati. But, when the LRT stopped at one of the stations around USJ, a man entered the train,” Lisa said.

“He was walking from one corner to another as if he was looking for a place to sit but the whole train was honestly quite empty. But, he decided to sit right in front of me,” she added.

After passing a few stations, Lisa saw his hands going towards his crotch area.

“But at that time, I really thought he was just feeling itchy in that region. Suddenly I realized he was actually masturbating. I was shocked!

I don’t even know why I just kept quiet. I was probably scared of telling someone or getting up from the seat but I immediately started recording so that I can report it to the police,” Lisa explained.

Lisa eventually got up from her seat to seek help. Unfortunately, the man ran to the other end of the train and escaped.

“When I reached the Taman Melati station, I decided to make a polis report. Plus, the auxiliary police agreed to help me,” she said.

However, the officers at the police station allegedly told Lisa that she had to head back to the area that the man first came in and make a report there. As it was already late at night, she couldn’t get anyone to send her there.

“I told them I couldn’t go there at that time since it was already late. The police officer said if that’s the case, they would need me to retract the report,” Lisa explained.

“I don’t know why I started to cry when he told me to head back to the location or to retract my report. I then decided to retract the report as there was no way I could go to USJ at that time,” she said.

For illustration purposes only.

“When I agreed to retract the report, the officers said if I do so, it would mean the man did not do anything wrong. I continued to cry and they then asked me to give them my phone to delete everything,” Lisa added.

But prior to that, Lisa had already sent the video to a few of her friends. According to Lisa, it was only when the video went viral did the police reach out to her to come back to the station and she confirmed that they will be taking action.

We really hope the authorities will find and arrest the man in the video.
