We have been hearing about the news of having an e-wallet-linked Touch ‘n Go card for quite some time, and now we are finally getting to see the new, refreshing look of the card!
The card is equipped with NFC capability, which means that users will be able to reload the card using the Touch N Go e-wallet application on their mobile devices. It is also called the Enhanced Touch ‘n Go card.
For now, the card is available at NU Sentral as well as the online selling platform Shopee. The price for this new Touch ‘n Go card is RM10. However, according to most online sources, the card is not available at NU Sentral anymore as it is sold out. The card is also only available for pre-order on Shopee.
According to the Touch ‘n Go help desk information, users can link the card on the app by clicking Add Card, entering the card details and scanning the Enhanced Touch ‘n Go card. Nevertheless, the information also added that this card can be utilized at TNG eWallet version 1.7.72 and above, thus users still have to wait for the updated version for now.
