Good news, binge-watchers!

Almost everyone is subscribed to some form of streaming service these days, but with increasing prices and even taxes possibly being imposed on these online services soon, many of us are looking for cheaper alternatives. Luckily, Netflix seems to have heard our cries and is making their service way more accessible now!

According to The Star, Netflix Inc recently announced that it would be testing a lower-priced version of its streaming service in an effort to boost sales among users in Asia.

Previously, Netflix offered subscriptions at three price levels, which were the Basic (RM33), Standard (RM42), and Premium (RM51) plans.

Now, if you check out Netflix’s website on your phone or tablet, you will find that a new mobile package has been added to the list, and it’s pretty darn affordable, too!

Priced at just RM17, here are some of the features those under the new mobile plan can enjoy;

  • Watching any movie or series on your mobile or tablet
  • Unlimited films and TV programmes
  • 1 month free trial period
  • Cancel at any time

Check out the entire list of comparisons below.
