Always had ideas on ways to improve the education system in Malaysia but never had the opportunity to voice them out? Now’s your chance!

According to The Star, The National Education Policy Committee (JKD) is urging members of the public to submit their proposals concerned with improving the education system in Malaysia.

The purpose of requesting the public to submit their respective proposals is to collect views from different individuals, groups as well as institutions with the aim of bringing about change in the country’s education system.

Apart from having face-to-face discussions, public dialogue sessions, briefings and lectures, there was also a series of meetings that were held by the committee with stakeholders, as mentioned in a statement on 16 January.

If you’re keen on sharing your ideas on ways to improve our local education system, you can submit your suggestions via this google form link or email jkkdpn@gmail.com to send your proposals to JKD.

If you choose to submit your ideas via the google form, it should look like this:

On June 6, an Education Policy Committee was set up by the Education Ministry to review the national education policies in an effort to improve the curriculum and educational system from preschool to university level. This will be done by incorporating civic and ethical education.

What are your thoughts about this? What are some of the suggestions you’ll be submitting to JKD? Let us know in the comments!
