Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) officers went above and beyond to assist a Malaysian woman in need recently, earning praise from Malaysians for the compassion shown.
A Facebook post from the Petaling Jaya Police Station shared how the officers came across a white Perodua Myvi stranded in the right lane of the highway, with the driver inside.


PDRM officers rushed a woman with health issues to the hospital after she couldn’t continue driving
According to PDRM, the incident happened yesterday (6 January) at Kilometre 49 of the New Pantai Expressway (NPE) in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Two officers from the Petaling Jaya Police Station, Corporal Khairul Nizam Che Musa and Constable Sasi Kumar, were informed that the driver was suffering from a tumour and was unable to continue driving.

Without hesitation, Constable Sasi offered to drive her car and took her to Beacon Hospital for urgent medical treatment.
“This quick and compassionate action not only helped her get to the hospital safely but also shows PDRM’s commitment to the safety and well-being of the public,” the post read.
