Many of us have a preconceived notion that animals (except those that have been domesticated) are hard to tame.
During a PSA by an abang BOMBA on what to do if a snake visits, a cobra at the fireman’s side caught the attention of netizens because of how well-behaved it is.
In the one-minute and thirty-second clip, the abang BOMBA gave several tips on what to do if a snake ever comes to visit your house during Raya. They are not joining in the festivities; it’s just that the weather is too hot, as the Kelantan APM director mentioned.

Here are the tips:
- Don’t panic,
- pay attention to where the snake is going (from a distance),
- call 999,
- keep paying attention to the snake so that authorities can find them easily, &
- don’t provoke the snake.
Throughout the video, the snake stayed in place, barely moving and only sticking its tongue out occasionally.
Netizens who watched the video became instant fans of the reptile and posted some really amusing comments.
