The one important thing that is necessary on Malaysian roads is compromise. Compromising with other road users and giving way every once in a while can only cause more good than harm.

One PERFECT example of this is when two cars were reversing out of their parking spots, directly across from each other. However, neither one of them wanted to give the other the way, to reverse out first.

The 我们是马来西亚人 We are Malaysians Facebook page took to their profile to showcase this humorous, yet oddly romantic video, where the two cars ended up reversing straight into each other.

In the video, the two red cars can be seen reversing out of their respective parking spots, which are directly across from each other.

As they both continued reversing, they eventually ended ‘kissing’ with each other’s bumper.

Upon love at first kiss impact, the two drivers then re-entered their parking spaces and got down from their cars to examine the damage.

Netizens have since shared their humorous takes on the incident.

“The cars are at fault, not the drivers.”

Thankfully, no one was hurt during the incident.

We genuinely hope that this serves as a lesson for road users to not only be aware of our surroundings while driving or riding, and to compromise and give way to one another should the road rules allow it.
