As the horrible floods in the North and Eastern states continue to devastate Malaysians, videos of rescue missions have made their way onto social media, continuing to comfort those who yearn for more updates on the ground.
Taking to social media, this group of people managed to save Oyen, who was seen latching onto this home’s window to get noticed and ultimately rescued.
The video began with men on a boat, locating this poor kitty hanging on for dear life on a railing of this abandoned home.
Signaling that he needed to be saved, this group of men circled, and the rescue attempt began.
“Is anyone out there? Can anyone save me?”
The video ended with the men attempting to pry the poor kitty away from the window.
We sincerely hope that Oyen and many others like him are not forgotten in these trying times. Our prayers go out to those affected by the floods.
