Being admitted to the hospital can feel like it lasts forever, especially when you’re stuck in bed for days or even weeks. So, it’s only natural to find ways to entertain yourself while you’re there.
A local man was spotted getting creative to make sure he stays entertained while on bedrest, as he was seen setting up a projector in his hospital room.
“He was setting up the big screen”
@emynursyafiqah08 shared a TikTok video capturing the moment when she left the hospital, only to come back and find her husband had set up his own projector using a power station or powerbank.
Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, Emy shared that her husband has been on antibiotics through an IV drip and has been in and out of the hospital for the past 3 years.
“For this treatment, my husband has been in and out of the ward for 3 years. So, during this process, he can’t go anywhere. I thought he was just doing it for his own entertainment. But when I got back, he was setting up the big screen.”
All the other patients enjoyed it just as much
Emy went on to explain how her husband had asked the other patients sharing the room for permission before setting up the projector, and everyone was fine with it.
She mentioned how all 4 of them enjoyed watching the news and other stuff on the projector, and her husband always made sure the volume wasn’t too loud to disturb anyone.
“We didn’t use the hospital’s plug, by the way. Also, I just want to point out that my action of recording the incident was prohibited and goes against the hospital’s rules because there were nurses and doctors treating other patients at the time.”
