A 49-year-old man was arrested after he was caught throwing numerous items from a balcony of a building at Yishun, residential town in Singapore.
Several videos captured by witnesses on April 16 show him flinging items like plastic chairs, a reclining chair, posts and other debris from the top floor of the building. A trail of destruction was left at the foot of the block.

From the video, he seems to be having a mental breakdown, but no one actually knows what happened or caused him to behave in that manner.
The police said they were alerted to a case of rash act at 7.16am and arrested the man, according to Stomp. Meanwhile, investigations are ongoing.
Singapore implemented the circuit breaker measures starting 7 April which is expected to last until 4 May. The country has recorded a total of 3,699 Covid-19 cases including 652 recoveries and 10 deaths.
