A 49-year-old man was arrested after he was caught throwing numerous items from a balcony of a building at Yishun, residential town in Singapore.
Several videos captured by witnesses on April 16 show him flinging items like plastic chairs, a reclining chair, posts and other debris from the top floor of the building. A trail of destruction was left at the foot of the block.
From the video, he seems to be having a mental breakdown, but no one actually knows what happened or caused him to behave in that manner.
This CB is really driving some people go crazy? Or never go IMH follow up to take med? Not my video. Waiting for update about what actually happened.
