A student who was craving fried chicken got her food stolen by her delivery rider, which was caught on CCTV footage that went viral on social media.
Coupling the CCTV footage with her outburst, the girl was clearly angry at what took place and shared all of it in her posting.
As you can see in the video, the delivery rider was supposed to just drop off the order, take a picture and walk away but didn’t do so as he left with the package he was supposed to deliver instead.
In a corresponding video, here is what this netizen had to say.
she said, “I made a remark to the delivery rider to leave the food at a designated area and that I would go pick it up.”
“I got the notification and went to pick up my order. As I made my way down, the food was not there. I was super hungry, but the food was missing, and she texted the rider, stating that her food went missing.”
“When I checked the CCTV footage, I could see that the delivery rider ran off with my order,” she added.
She has since lodged a complaint with the service provider.
We sincerely hope that justice is served and that delivery riders like the one she was made to face will no longer be able to affect others with his irresponsible actions.
