While driving on the road, it’s only common sense that you should always try to keep an eye out for traffic and be constantly aware of your surroundings. After all, a lack of concentration and focus is usually how accidents happen!

But when accidents do happen, those involved are meant to take responsibility and own up to their faults. That’s pretty reasonable, right?

Unfortunately, some road users who wind up causing accidents may not always be brave enough to admit that they are at fault, as this video comes to show.

In an incident reported by China Press, an errant driver behind the wheel of a red Perodua Axia was seen fleeing the scene of an accident after he crashed into a motorbike and almost ran over the rider’s head.

The incident reportedly happened in Shah Alam and the video has been circulating social media since, showing how a motorcyclist had almost been crushed by a Perodua Axia that knocked both him and his bike over onto the road! The impact was so severe, the motorcyclist wound up tumbling and rolling on the ground.

But instead of stopping his car to at least help the man up, the Perodua Axia navigates its way between traffic and turns into an intersection to escape. The motorcyclist is left on the ground, trying to push himself up onto his feet.

Ironically, a police entourage had been seen moments before the accident occurred, but left before the accident occurred.

Whether the motorcyclist suffered any extensive injuries as a result of this incident is uncertain, but we have to remind all road users to always be careful on the road!
