This SG Company Gave Their Employees a One-Off RM3,000 Payment To Help Cope With Inflation

As living cost is rising, many people have been struggling to tighten the purse strings. As such, some people have taken the opportunity to look for a job that pays better or even start a side hustle.

Just recently, a netizen shared a post onto a Facebook group. She posted a picture of a letter issued by a Singaporean company. The content of the letter states that,

“Rising costs as a result of inflation has affected us all. To soften the impact, the company will be making a one-time special payment as a token to support you in mitigating some of the associated costs.”

The letter then continued on saying that employees working in that company would get a special payout of $900SGD (RM3,000) and it would be credited into their salary payout in January 2023.

Following the news many netizens were surprised to see such measures taken by the company and here’s what they said:

“It seems like such a good company to work for. May I know what company is this? I want to prepare for an interview.”

“It must be nice to have such benefits, I don’t even know if I’ll be getting a bonus from the company.”
