Attending classes in school for hours everyday can get quite tiring and boring sometimes. But if you’re lucky enough, your class will have that one student who’s always cracking jokes or doing something silly to lift the mood.
Recently, one of these students, a primary school boy from Kuching, Sarawak went viral on TikTok for his entertaining dance moves in class.
In the video by school teacher Elden Chan (@eldenchan17), the lanky Chinese boy dressed plainly in his PJK attire can be seen popping some moves as his classmates sang the birthday song.
He was dancing for the birthday girl, a Malay girl, who couldn’t stop laughing as he spinned and threw his arms out.
Netizens are entertained
Not only were the school kids having a great time, netizens in the video’s comment section were also entertained by the video.
They said it reminded them of the little boy and girl who starred in Yasmin Ahmad’s Petronas advertisement in 2007 and we can totally see it!
They also joked about how the boy’s dad probably always dances for his mom when she’s upset.
“It’s so nice to have mixed friends like this. We love this harmony between all races.”
“15 years from now: This is how daddy got your mummy back in the day.”
