Missing your overseas trips?

Now that we’ve phased into the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO), state borders have been opened for interstate travel, which means you have your own backyard to explore!

For example, this park, the Taman Saujana Hijau Putrajaya as showcased on the Taman Taman Awam Putrajaya Facebook page, looks like it could have come out of a travel magazine from Europe!

They wrote, “There’s no need to go overseas. If you come to the Taman Saujana Hijau, it’ll give you the same feelings of being at a park in Europe. If you’ve noticed, this park has three gardens, the European garden, the Oriental garden and the English garden. All three of these gardens have been created based on aspects of English, Chinese and European designs.”

This park also boosts a variety of gymnosperm plants such as pine trees, junipers, thuja plants and so many more.

Gymnosperm plants have been known to be living fossils as they’ve existed since the Devon era (410-360 million years ago), before dinosaurs!

This park is truly gorgeous!

Who said you had to fly all the way to Europe for views like this?

But, let’s also remember to avoid crowds and bring along masks when you visit!

Who are you going to bring to the Taman Saujana Hijau? Let us know in the comment section.
