A Malaysian woman is making waves online for her unusual way of blocking the sun from her face while she drives.

Netizen, vickyyongq, took to her TikTok profile to showcase a woman in her car outside a mall in Cyberjaya. Based on the video, the woman had set up a literal curtain across the windscreen in front of the driver’s seat, which subsequently blocked her view of the road.

However, rather than removing the curtain while driving, the woman peeked out from the side of the curtain.

Baffled by the woman’s methods, vickyyongq wrote, “Sorry, I don’t understand. This is dangerous! How can you drive with a black cloth covering the entire view? This kakak needs to get her windscreen tinted or get sunglasses.”

In the 6-second video shared, the woman can be seen peeking around the curtain that was blocking her view of the road as she drove her car out of a double-parked spot.

It is uncertain if she removed the black cloth as she continued with her journey.

Netizens are shocked

“In the decades of my life, this is the first time I’m seeing someone installing a curtain in front of the driver’s seat. Get your windscreen tinted lah sister, if it’s too hot for you. Don’t install a curtain.”

“Aiyo, this is crazy dangerous. To this sister, please DM me. I’ll buy you a pair of sunglasses.”
