You know those moments when you accidentally stumble upon something amazing and it’s just yours for the taking? Well, one Malaysian tried something out on Lazada and he got exactly what he asked for!

In a TikTok video that has since received over 213,000 likes and 4,170 shares, Aqil Zulkiflee explains that he apparently found a “hack” that gets him free shipping with no minimum spend on Lazada through their virtual customer service agent, CLEO! What?! Check out the video below:

@aqilzulkifleeHack cara halal weh ? Korang cuba la buat dapat RM0 FREE SHIPPING!!! #AskLaz #FreeShipping #Lazada♬ original sound – aqilzulkiflee

How cool is that? We actually tried following Aqil’s hack and it works! If you’d like to try it out yourself, just open up the Lazada app on your phone and tap the ‘Account’ button on the bottom right. After that, scroll down and tap on ‘Chat With Customer Care’ and type “Nak RM0 Free Shipping”.

After you press send, CLEO will ask you to choose either a pop quiz, a simple math question or an unexpected riddle to solve. Get the answers right and the free shipping voucher is all yours!

Aqil is not the only one who has successfully redeemed the voucher, a few other Malaysians have tried it out and their reactions are hilarious! Check it out!

For those who tried it and collected the free shipping voucher with no minimum spend, remember to use the voucher as it’s only valid from 5th to 7th July during Lazada’s Unexpected Mid-Year Sale. The voucher will expire after that so don’t forget to redeem it!

So shoppers, whether you’ve been looking to checkout all those items that have been sitting in your cart for months or shop for new stuff, this is the time to do it. It’s just too good an opportunity to miss!

Stay safe, stay healthy and happy shopping from home everyone!
