It looks as though the case involving the 85-year-old grandmother who was robbed and killed in Ampang may have gained some fresh new insights from police investigations. For those of you who may not have been following the case, an 85-year-old elderly woman was found dead in her Ampang home with her hands tied, her head covered with cloth and her pants drawn down.
While police had initially suspected that it was her son that committed the murder as witnesses have claimed to have seen them fighting prior to her death, new evidence found at the scene of the crime indicates that he was not in fact the murderer.
Police who were at the crime scene found semen on the corpse of the deceased victim, but said that there were no indicative signs of rape on her body, according to China Press and Malay Mail.
Fingerprints found at the scene have identified a possible suspect, Sathiaraj A/L Kundaiah aka Eno, who may be the perpetrator of this violent and cruel crime. The victim’s family says they do not know who the man is.
Police are now on the lookout for Sathiaraj in relation with the crime, so if you have any information, please contact the authorities immediately. The case will be investigated under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder.
We hope that the deceased will be able to rest in peace, and that the man will meet the harshest end of the law’s reach.
