We all know that times have been tough for most people since the start of the pandemic. Some are struggling to earn a living after losing their jobs.

A local community space and cafe, WTF Studios Penang located along Lebuh Carnarvon is taking a step forward to make the society a better place by giving out free hot meals to those who are in need.

The hot meals that will be given out are same as the fresh meals that the crew cook for themselves daily. They have limited meals currently and the total meals given out also depend on the amount of fund they are able to collect every day.

“Anyone who feels hungry, there will be no question asked and no judging; just drop by our studio and we will hook you up with a simple heartwarming meal.”

And this is how it works!

WTF Studios Penang has a WTF Pay-It-Forward Program, whereby with every meal ordered, one meal will be donated on behalf of each person who made the order. A heartwarming note will also be attached to each meal box that is given out.

Besides, they will provide 10 meal boxes daily to be given out to people who are in need, regardless of whether they have made a sale on that particular day.
