Maintaining a healthy work-life balance is a challenge faced by many, and it seems even our prime minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim are not exempt from.
On Sunday, April 20, Anwar shared on Facebook that his grandchildren often question his frequent absences from home.
“My grandchild complains about why I’m rarely at home… they don’t understand that serving the country is not easy.”
In the post, Anwar also uploaded several photos of himself with his grandchildren, whom he brought to visit his office.

He said the visit was an effort to help them understand how busy he is with his duties as the country’s leader.
“Therefore, I brought them to the office to see me working,” he said casually.

The post attracted the attention of many netizens who were touched by the personal side of a leader who is also a grandfather to his grandchildren.
Most praised Anwar’s attitude of still spending time with his family despite being burdened with heavy responsibilities as prime minister.
