Arguably one of the biggest running events in Malaysia, there were speculations that the marathon might be cancelled or postponed but luckily, the haze has improved. Although there’s still a long way to go before we get our clear blue skies again! While runners are breathing a sigh of relief, KLSCM organiser Dirigo said that they are still monitoring the situation.

In a Facebook post, they said, “The health and safety of our runners remain our top priority, and we are closely monitoring weather conditions. Rest assured, an announcement will be made by 7.30 pm Friday, 27th September upon consultation with all relevant stakeholders.”
