Recently, we stumbled upon the smallest possible signboard in Malaysia, at the newly opened SUKE Highway.
Just like almost every other aspect in our country, the signboard was fixed after it had gone viral online.
PROLINTAS Highways recently took to their profile to showcase the fix, as well as the new signboards that are just the right size for everyone to see.
They wrote, “The people are aware of the SUKE Highway signage. All the directional signboards on the SUKE Expressway have been approved according to the standards set by the authorities. The additional signboards are just a side initiative.”
“Feedback from the people were taken into consideration and the additional signboard was removed to be replaced with more appropriate sizes.”
They went on to share that they will always try to provide the best for road users.
“The SUKE Highway Operations Division is always committed to ensuring the best highway service and advises the people to remain alert and obey all signs on the SUKE Highway,” they added.
Well, you guys spoke up and they answered!
Now, there are clearer signboards on the highway, which will undoubtedly help prevent accidents by road users who are unable to see the signs.
What do you think of the bigger signboards?
