Ismail Sabri: The Government Is No Longer Working As A Team, But As Family

The government is no longer working as a team, but as a family, said Malaysia’s prime minister Ismail Sabri today.

Through his Facebook statement today (7 November 2021), Ismail Sabri said that the Keluarga (Family) Malaysia is understanding, loving and tolerant towards each other. “I want to emphasize the concept of loving one another, not only taking care of ourselves but also other family members,” he said.

He added that the concept is also applied in the government, saying that, “(The government) is no longer working as a team, but working as a family.”. Ismail Sabri also thanked all members of the Keluarga Malaysia, adding that the members of this family are all very close to his heart.

The prime minister attached a photo of him playing Congkak with a kid along with the caption.

The Keluarga Malaysia (Malaysia Family) concept was introduced back in August, when Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob was appointed as Malaysia’s 9th prime minister.
