Pinkfish Music & Arts Festival is finally back for its sophomore edition this 2024! What Malaysian party hearties can expect from the return of Pinkfish is an even bigger and better festival to celebrate creativity, expression and community! One of the new highlights is that there will be three unique stages to showcase Pinkfish 2024’s extensive lineup of musical performances ?:

Main Stage ?

This stage showcases the heavy hitters of this year’s festival spanning genres including EDM, Melodic Trance, K-Rap and Pop!

1. Armin van Buuren

Hailing from the Netherlands, this Dutch DJ first made a name for himself in the late ’90s and early 2000s with tracks such as “Blue Fear” and “Communication”. He’s also famous for hosting A State of Trance (ASOT), a radio show widely regarded to have put trance music in the mainstream.

With countless accolades to his name including being named one of DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs, this trance master’s headlining performance at Pinkfish cannot be missed!

2. Miss Monique

This Ukrainian DJ first gained success in the Eastern European music scene in the early 2010s thanks to her Freegrant Label tracks being recognised by some of the world’s most famous DJs including Paul van Dyk, Gareth Emery and Armin van Buuren!

Having performed in more than 40 countries and most notably the prestigious Tomorrowland in 2022, Malaysia will be the next stop for this techno queen’s epic 2024 world tour!

Rising stars Levi Kotten and Stijn Rutte make up this eclectic Dutch DJ duo! By combining Levi’s trance sound and Stijn’s affinity for house music, both influences merge to form a unique style of infectious melodies and hard techno-pounding beats!

After performing their first Malaysian show in 2018, Malaysians should be ready to welcome this playful pair again for Pinkfish this year!

4. Topic

Topic enjoyed his first breakthrough via social media with his first house song “Light It Up” in 2014 which earned more than a million views. His 2015 debut album “Miles” made it onto both German and Austrian charts, cementing his presence in the mainstream.

This Croatian-German DJ’s performance will be a hot Topic at Pinkfish this year as he aims to set an all-new standard in the house music genre!

5. Sik-K

Sik-K rose to prominence from the underground K-rap scene in 2015 after his appearance in the famous Korean rap show, Show Me The Money. With his unique auto-tuned rap style and regular collabs with Korean superstar Jay Park, Sik-K has cemented his place in the Korean hip-hop scene!

After his last appearance in Malaysia in 2019, Pinkfish partygoers should get ready to make him feel at home again with his upcoming performance!

6. Yung Raja

Famous for his use of Tanglish (Tamil mixed with English) in his rap music, this former child star turned Singaporean rap legend has never stopped making big moves in the Southeast Asian rap game ever since he rose into the mainstream via the famous Malaysian hip-hop series, 16 Baris and signing onto the prestigious Def Jam SEA label!

Don’t forget to show the King some love while he spits mad bars during his Pinkfish set!

Jungle Stage ?

? Welcome to the jungle ? and just like in an actual jungle, you can expect to be part of a wild crowd partying along to dynamic duo sets and energetic beats!

7. Jeremy Olander

This American-born Swedish DJ first made waves in 2011 by showcasing an emotionally charged style of Swedish house and techno music. Olander went on to perform at some of the world’s most renowned festivals including Mysteryland, Creamfields, Baum Park and more!

His beats and performances are all the rage among clubbers and partygoers worldwide, and you’ll see what the rage is about during his Pinkfish set!

Beach Hut ?️

Life’s a beach at this Pinkfish stage! Featuring more local acts, the Beach Hut is an exciting musical oasis that showcases some of the best buatan Malaysia talents!

8. Nahsyk

As a familiar name in Malaysia and in numerous clubs and festivals around Asia, Nahsyk is well-regarded among clubbers for his experimental style encompassing genres including Dirty Dutch, Electro House, Big Room and Asian-influenced music.

Having earned the recognition of world-famous artists including Deadmau5, Will Sparks and Joji, he’ll earn yours too with his upcoming performance at the Beach Hut!

And don’t forget about the gorgeous art installations too!

Pinkfish is more than just music; the festival will also showcase art installations and IG-perfect exhibits all across the Surf Beach! Consider yourself a patron of modern arts or just need a breather between wild musical sets? Then these art pop-ups are perfect for you!

These stunning art installations are brought to you by local artists Kenji Chai, Yaulacap and Pinkcotton, each of whom is well-regarded in the local art scene for magnificently combining traditional and contemporary visual styles through their art and illustrations!
