A Malaysian who now calls Stockholm, Sweden, home has shared a video of a local selling Ais Kacang from a bike.
Netizen @wawandering posted a video featuring a man with a cart labeled “Ais Kacang” on the side. The setup included a traditional dark green and red ice shaver, along with containers filled with toppings for the shaved ice.
He mentioned that ABC (Air Batu Campur) is sold during summer, and after setting up shop, he revealed that he offers a vegan Ais Kacang menu complete with red beans, corn, jelly, rose syrup, and either condensed milk or coconut milk.
In the video, the netizen adds that the shaved ice machine was brought all the way from Malaysia to Sweden.
“He’s selling it for 60 SEK, which is approximately RM28. He usually sells Ais Kacang during summer at tourist hotspots like Gamla Stan and Slussen.”

“So yummy! I miss home a lot less with this. If you spot this Ais Kacang bike stall in Sweden, give it a try!”
Netizens commenting on the video had this to say.
“It needs palm sugar and condensed milk to complete it.”
“Swedish bro fell in love with Malaysia so hard, he started selling Ais Kacang in Sweden,” said a user.
