Awesome! Hopefully many more ADUNs and MPs would follow Michelle Ng’s initiative.

The State Legislative Assembly Representative (ADUN) for Subang Jaya, Michelle Ng Mei Sze recently launched a new initiative for her constituencies whereby they can get low price of only RM70 for a Covid-19 Antigen Rapid Test Kit.

Taking to social media, Michelle shared on Facebook how residents of Subang Jaya are eligible for the programme.

The Subang Jaya ADUN office is working with QHC Medical Centre for the affordable RTK Antigen testing and it is available for all who are either working or living in Subang Jaya.

The ADUN for Subang Jaya managed to negotiate a lower price for the testing kit in collaboration with the private sector. In order to register for the testing, you must bring either your IC, utility bill or employment documentation that bears a Subang Jaya address during your appointment. However, you must first book an appointment via WhatsApp through this number: +60129120536.

Meanwhile, the ADUN for Bukit Gasing, Rajiv Rishyakaran also recently announced that the similar Affordable RTK Antigen testing initiative that was held in Bukit Gasing will also be returning after a temporary suspension. However, the new venue and details for the testing in Bukit Gasing are yet to be finalised.

Kudos to both Michelle Ng and Rajiv for their efforts in making testing more accessible to the public! What do you guys think of this initiative? Would you like to see similar programmes introduced by your elected representative? Share your thoughts with us in the comments!
