Despite it only being a few days/weeks into their official roles as Minister and Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports, Hannah Yeoh and Adam Adli have hit the ground running as they have immediately attempted to look into the issues which have plagued the areas.
Recently they were spotted visiting the Bukit Jalil National Stadium for a briefing from 2 government agencies.
“It is difficult to get a clear picture if the briefing is only in the office,” she explained, as she shared a couple of pictures of herself and Adam in track bottoms, sport tees and sneakers.

Literally ‘turun padang‘
The post by Yeoh has gone viral and many netizens praised the duo for getting onto their job so quickly and for actually going to the ground (literally) to see what the issues actually are.
Turned into a meme
Unexpectedly, one of the pictures caught the attention of netizens who loved the “cool” poses being struck by the Minister and Deputy Minister.
The picture was of them standing on the field and looking downwards towards the grass.
It was somehow worthy enough of becoming “meme material” and Malaysian Facebook page ‘Meanwhile in Malaysia’ went on to share a couple of photoshopped memes which they have created out of the image.
This was eventually compiled by Yeoh herself who shared that she loved the creativity by the page via a post on Twitter.
Belia Malaysia ni sangat kreatif buat memes gambar saya dan @AdamAdli melawat Stadium Nasional Bukit Jalil meneliti keadaan padang di sana. Tak apa kami sporting ?? kreativiti luar biasa. pic.twitter.com/v1XJJfe4Nt

In her post, Yeoh shared a couple of memes of the image, and wrote, “The Malaysian youth are so creative for making memes of the image of me and Adam’s visit to the Bukit Jalil National Stadium to see the condition of the field there.”
“Don’t worry, we are sporting. Out of this world creativity.”
Some of the memes made by them included an edit of Dragon Ball Z, one with the album cover of Backstreet Boy’s ‘Millennium’, as well as some with notable figures such as Cristiano Ronaldo, Stephen Chow and Michael Jackson.
