The SelVAX Booster Programme under the Selangor government will no longer be accepting walk-ins following high demand on the first day of the programme for free Covid-19 vaccine booster shots.
As reported by BERNAMA, State Public Health, Unity, Women and Family Development Committee chairman Dr Siti Mariah Mahmud said that Selangor residents wanting to get the booster shot should pre-register by using the voucher code on the Selangkah application for appointments.
“The appointment slots at every clinic are limited to only 150 people per day,” she said in a statement.
She explained that the pre-registration tutorial and voucher code could be accessed via the website at https://bit.ly/selvaxb.
The list of SelCare clinics involved in the SelVAX Booster Programme is available on the website at https://selcareclinic.com/our-clinic/ or via the Selangkah application.
Just yesterday, it was announced that a total of 157,000 Covid-19 vaccine booster shots are being given for free to Selangor residents aged 18 and above and who have been fully vaccinated, beginning from Wednesday (8 December) under the SelVAX Booster Programme.
