Just last month, Tatay Ryan from Manila, Philippines has been dubbed as the ‘selfless father’ after pictures of him watching his daughters enjoying fried chicken at Jollibee went viral on social media.

Apparently he didn’t get himself anything because he was too poor and had just enough money for his daughters, Rose Ann and Rose Mae. His story instantly went viral with over 73k shares on Facebook and it has captured the attention of Jollibee.
So, Jollibee planned a surprise for Ryan and his daughters. On their Facebook, it was written:
“Do you remember the selfless father who was spotted by a customer feeding his children at a Jollibee branch in Manila? Last Tuesday March 28, we decided to give him and his two daughters a triple surprise treat!”
First, they treated Ryan to an all-paid grocery shopping spree at Robinsons Supermarket in Ermita Manila where he bought all the groceries his family needed.

Besides the goods in the trolley, Ryan also took home some gift certificates from Jollibee so that Ryan and his daughters can create more precious memories together at the restaurant. Awww!
The next surprise in line for them was a joint birthday and graduation celebration for Rose Ann and Mae!
It was hosted at the Jollibee Pritil branch. The smiles on their faces are just priceless!
