We understand that exercising is important for health. But you know what’s more important to our overall health? Not exposing ourselves to or be the carrier for Covid-19. PDRM Crackdown On More Joggers, This Time In Bukit Jelutong - WORLD OF BUZZ 2

Last week netizens highlighted some irresponsible residents of Mont Kiara where they simply ignored the MCO and just went out jogging. However, PDRM has managed to arrest these culprits. A video has gone viral showing three police officers on their bike reprimanding a lone jogger in Bukit Jelutong. However, two of the officers then took their bikes and started to chase after a few more joggers who were fleeing the scene.

Watch the full video here:

The first person reprimanded by the police can also be seen arguing his case and his right to jog. For us, the instruction is simple, stay at home and you will help flatten the curve. Yes, we know you are an avid jogger but there are so many other things you can do at home to work out. Just bear with it will ya?
