Days after pleading not guilty to charges of obstructing police officers on duty, the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) revealed that the suspended Inspector Sheila, whose real name is Sheila Sharon Steven Kumar, had lodged three police reports over different matters.
Kuala Lumpur Police Chief Datuk Fadil Marsus on Thursday (13 November) said that the latest case involved Sheila and a food vendor in Kuala Lumpur, in which she was heard reprimanding the latter, saying, “Why did you touch me? What is your right to touch me?”

Here is what all 3 police reports entailed, as explained by Datuk Fadil Marsus:
Dissatisfaction over her arrest for obstructing PDRM officers on duty
Datuk Fadil Marsus said the first report made by the 36-year-old Sheila was regarding her dissatisfaction with the arrest carried out against her under Section 186 of the Penal Code. This report is referred to the original report for review according to investigation procedures.
On 4 November, Sheila accused a few PDRM officers of not knowing the laws when apprehending a foreign man who drove without a valid driver’s license in Kuala Lumpur.

Sheila claimed she was disrespected by PDRM officers
The second report was lodged as Sheila claimed the PDRM officers did not respect her as a senior officer.
As a result of the investigation, the case was classified as NFA (No Further Action) before being referred to the Integrity and Standards Compliance Department (JIPS), reported Berita Harian and Astro Awani.
Accusing a food vendor of bribing authorities with free food
Sheila’s verbal argument with the food vendor went viral on social media, where she was unhappy after claiming that the vendor had touched her and demanded an apology from the man.
Sheila also allegedly questioned the authenticity of the vendor’s business license and claimed that he bribed authorities with free food.

The case, however, has been classified as NOD (No Offence Disclosed) after a review found that there were no elements of an offence.
Sheila has been suspended from duties since June 2023.
