Over 12 Maybank Services Will Be Unavailable At Different Times On 3 April & 4 April

Maybank users, take note!

Maybank has announced that several of their services will be unavailable this Saturday (3 April) and Sunday (4 April) at different times.

The following services will be unavailable at the following times:

1. 12am to 3am (3 April 2021, Saturday)

  • Maybank2u
  • Maybank2u Biz
  • Maybank 2u MY App
  • MAE App

 

2. 11.30pm to 11.59pm (3 April 2021, Saturday)

  • Maybank2u & Online Payments
  • Maybank2u MY App
  • MAE App
  • QRPay Biz App
  • Premier Wealth App
  • FPX Payment
  • Debit Card Transactions
  • Automated Teller Machine (ATM)
  • Smart Recycle Machine (SRM)
  • Cheque Deposit Machine

 

3. 7am (3 April 2021) to 8pm (4 April 2021)

  • Maybank2u Online Stocks (Local Trading)
  • Maybank Trade (Mobile Trading)

 

In the announcement posted on their official website on 1 April, Maybank advises users to perform transactions in advance to minimise any inconvenience during the service disruption.

“We apologise for any inconvenience caused. For more information, please write to us at mgcc@maybank.com,” the statement said.
