Malaysian traffic is certainly no joke — jams happen on a daily basis especially in urban areas, so the last thing any driver wants is for their tyre to suddenly deflate in heavy traffic!

In a post uploaded by the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) Facebook page, photos of two traffic police officers began to circulate online.

According to the post, the two officers identified as Corporal Shafie and Corporal Mariani from the Traffic Investigations and Enforcement Division, Shah Alam District Police Headquarters helped a civilian who pulled their vehicle to the side of a busy road due to a flat tyre earlier on Monday (12th November).

The two officers reportedly helped change the motorist’s flat tyre and because of this, they managed to prevent traffic from building up even further.

Netizens praised the officers for their swift action that prevented a major jam from taking place on the busy Shah Alam road. Some of them even pointed out how difficult changing a tyre may be for some drivers.
