On the 13th of July 2019, a Twitter user posted a series of photos showing a young woman dressed in a judge’s robe. As of today (19th July), the tweet has amassed over 21k retweets and 33k likes. Why, you may ask?
The answer’s pretty obvious!
Ever since the pictures blew up on the Twitterverse, everyone has been wondering who exactly that girl is and what has she done to actually become a judge at (what looks like) her young age. Well, time to put on our detective glasses on.
Netizens have found out that her name is Leanna Leonardo, and her Instagram account. #Don’tSayTakBelanja . She is a 22-year-old student who is studying law in Gadjah Mada University in Yogyakarta.
She has since clarified that she is not YET a judge, but she will be in the future as she is studying hard for it. Those pictures were taken when she was practicing for moot (a mock judicial proceeding).
In an Instagram story, she also clarified that she’s NOT a member of the Indonesian counter-part of AKB48, JKT48. There were also many people who said that she belongs in there or maybe a K-POP group as she’s so pretty! We think she’d do well too, but she’s obviously passionate about her own career choice!
She also asked people to NOT kidnap her.
According to boombastis, this is actually not her first time going viral. As she has a really pretty face, she was viral on 1CAK and on the @ugmcantik list BUT this is the most viral she has ever been. Third time’s the charm!
Guys, don’t be too happy yet, as netizens have found out that she’s not single. Many of those netizens have said that her boyfriend is not suited to her looks and that he doesn’t deserve her because of that. Don’t be mean guys! She hopes that people will respect her relationship with her boyfriend and not criticise his appearance. So don’t judge, lest she one day judges you. Quite literally given her vocation!#GoodVibesOnly
And that concludes our eye-candy of the day! We wish her all the best in her studies and hope that she’ll achieve her dreams soon enough so that she’ll be able to serve her country well.
