Animal lovers spare no lack of amazement when coming across a cute creature that does the cheekiest things, especially those who execute tricks with grace and ease.
A recent TikTok video posted by the official account belonging to Zoo Negara, @znmzoonegara, has been making waves online after a gibbon did a neat trick for visitors who came to watch it.
For those who may not know, gibbons are primates who belong to the ape family. While their variation depends on species and sex, gibbons usually have dark- to light-brown fur, with shades of black and white throughout them.
One particular brown gibbon stole the show at Zoo Negara after it did a backflip using the grills of its enclosure. Holding it’s position while staying upside down, a bunch of visitors were in awe over the creature for a split second.
“Woah, he’s so smart, look at him flip!” cheered one person in the background.
Shortly after that, the ape resumed its usual swinging activities around the enclosure, almost as though it did the neat trick because there were visitors around.
Amazed by the animal’s quick and impressive trick, many users expressed how clever the primate must be to do the flip while knowing that everyone else is watching.
Nevertheless, there were also a number of users who were equally as entertained by people cheering for the gibbon in the background, mostly due to their lively fascination over the brief moment.
