Videos of a heartwarming exchange between two Puchong neighbours have gone viral on TikTok, winning over netizens everywhere, us included!
In the clips shared by TikTok user @daneethamuniandy, she and her 12-year-old neighbour, who lives right above her, can be seen exchanging notes using nothing but a string.
“My sweet little neighbour”
In one of the videos, Daneetha was seen pulling up a note from her neighbour, Damia, who had lowered it down to her window. The note simply read, “Hi neighbour,” to which Daneetha replied, “How are you?”
What started as little note exchanges soon grew into small gift swaps.
“I sent her some stickers, she gave me biscuits, and I threw in two Belgian chocolates. Damia’s little hearts and smileys on her notes totally melted my heart,” she wrote.
“Her gestures touched me deeply”
In another video, Daneetha shared how she was surprised with yet another gift, a packet of caramel macchiato. To show her appreciation, she decided to bake some cookies and later sent them to Damia as a thank-you.
“It’s not often you see kids this polite these days. Big kudos to her parents for raising such a sweet and thoughtful little girl. I feel so blessed to have her as a neighbour,” she said.

Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, Daneetha said Damia’s gestures weren’t just creative but also full of kindness and compassion, “something the world really needs right now.”
“Seeing such qualities in someone so young really shows great parenting. Her gestures touched me so deeply that I wanted to share the story to spread some smiles. The least I could do was return her kindness with some homemade cookies.”
